Artist's Description
During a controlled burn I photographed the heated flames rising up out of the burn pile. I am fascinated with how the flames can be captured (at a distance) and make abstract and flowing images. I processed my photograph with a blue chromatic effect for an artistic and abstract style. I see a horse head in this image. This is the first in a series.

Hello! My main focus is nature photography, which is my favorite subject, especially flora and fauna that are naturally around my area in North Texas. In addition, I have taken to processing some of my photographs with digital art effects which brings out an artistic flair in an abstract or painterly style.
