I joined the 365-day Journal challenge for 2022 and here is my ‘Day 10’.
January 10, 2022, Journal Entry:
In the wintertime in Texas there are some really interesting sunsets at dusk. This sunset was from a few nights ago but I edited the photograph this morning for this challenge. The golden tones of the clouds as the sun was setting behind them was a particularly eerie scene. I also noticed the dove roosting on one of the branches of the old oak tree that is silhouetted against that sunset sky. With the dove in the image, it gave a peaceful feeling as well. These kinds of pretty evenings are nice to go out and enjoy, even though it is pretty cold this time of year.
