I joined the 3-day challenge starting October 30, 2021 and the theme for this challenge was “Three”. Here is my Day 1 – Three mailboxes on a stand - I decided to process this image today in a slight impressionistic style and digitally placed a Christmas wreath and garland on the structure. I also placed the words “Happy”, “Merry” and “Joy” on the front of each mailbox for a festive Holiday decoration to an otherwise boring image.
Christmas is celebrated in many parts of the world on the 25th day of December with gift exchanges to remind us of the gift of God in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. During the Holiday season many decorations go up around the house and outside of the house and buildings to celebrate a joyful time of year. I rejoice that Jesus came to earth, was born in a manger and sacrificed His life to take away the sins of the world by His death on the cross as the perfect sacrificial Lamb. Hello! My main focus is nature photography, which is my favorite subject, especially flora and fauna that are naturally around my area in North Texas. In addition, I have taken to processing some of my photographs with digital art effects which brings out an artistic flair in an abstract or painterly style. I dabble in other genre of photography such as food, architecture and road trip travels. I also enjoy pairing up my photographic art with Bible Scripture. My Photographic Scripture Collection is called 'Faith-Devotional' and is listed first in my Collections tab because I want to honor God first in all that I do in life and art.
