I joined the 7-day challenge starting August 21, 2021 and the theme for this challenge was “Black and White”. Here is my Day 6 – A pair of light toned double petal tulips. Years ago I went to a Tulip Farm and I never thought about how they would look in black and white; this challenge gave me the idea to look at my photographs in a different light. Processed in black and white for this challenge.
As the flower of Holland and Netherlands, the tulip is a cool weather flower that grows in the Spring time in America. These were growing at a Tulip Farm in north Texas and do well as they bloom in the Spring time.
