Description
This is a digital art rendering of Luke 2:8-10, the leading up to the Christmas story. I started with my original photograph of a pasture and made additions in order to depict this section of the book of Luke.
The rest of the story in the book of Luke in the Holy Bible tells of the coming birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. These shepherds left and went to Bethlehem to find the baby Jesus in the manger exactly where the angel said He would be. This is the greatest gift that God gave, His only Son - to be born to die (for our sins) and give us a way back to God and have peace with God.
I pray you read the account of the birth of Jesus, death by crucifixion and the resurrection to life. To call Him your Lord who is the Creator of the universe and King of kings.
