Last month I hiked down to the lake nearby and walked along the dam to see if there were any birds out on the water. There were many types of birds, and I was able to capture this fly over of Great Blue Heron birds. I loved that they seemed to be following the curving flow of the clouds in the sky. It was unusual to see so many flying together and I was so happy to capture this scene.

Hello! My main focus is nature photography, which is my favorite subject, especially flora and fauna that are naturally around my area in North Texas. In addition, I have taken to processing some of my photographs with digital art effects which brings out an artistic flair in an abstract or painterly style.
