September 10, 2022, Journal Entry:
Going through my archives I found an experimental photography image from a few months back. It is a partial zoom photography image of a segment of tree branches, as the sun was going down. I liked the dream-like shadows that the camera produced as I experimented with blur movement. I edited it with a boost of linear tones and contours to bring out the sunset colors and shapes of the branches for an abstract appeal.

Hello! My main focus is nature photography, which is my favorite subject, especially flora and fauna that are naturally around my area in North Texas. In addition, I have taken to processing some of my photographs with digital art effects which brings out an artistic flair in an abstract or painterly style. I dabble in other genre of photography such as food, architecture and road trip travels. I also enjoy pairing up my photographic art with Bible Scripture. My Photographic Scripture Collection is called 'Faith-Devotional' and is listed first in my Collections tab because I want to honor God first in all that I do in life and art. I have slowly started to paint again which I haven't done since the 1970's. I have a few of my paintings...
