This is a small chipmunk and this one was at Estes Park in Colorado. Chipmunks are small with stripes and they are actually rodents in the Sciuridae family. In Estes Park, they come out to beg food from the tourists in certain areas. The Wildlife rangers ask that you not feed them though because they need to be dependent on their wild instincts.
