I joined the 365-day Journal challenge for 2022 and here is my ‘Day 84.
March 25, 2022, Journal Entry:
We try to have fresh flowers in the house for my mom and this is a bouquet of Daffodils placed on a side table near a window where she sits. They look so cheerful and bright with a glow around the flowers. It makes my mom happy to have them around her. I processed the image this morning with an impressionistic technique for a painterly style.
Daffodils (Narcissus) are native to Europe and South Africa and are bulb flowers planted in the Fall in the United States to come up and bloom in the Spring season. They come in many colors and in two-tones as well, with yellow being the prominent hue.
